Because of the high-value MU places on-campus community living, all single undergraduate students under the age of 21 enrolled at least 3/4 time or more are required to live in residence hall housing by the first day of the semester. Exceptions to this policy are made for students living with parents or family members over the age of 30.
You must be a degree-seeking student enrolled at least three-quarter time (9 credits) in your program to be eligible for campus housing. 审计和客座学生学分不符合条件.
On campus housing is provided to students age 26 and younger as capacity allows. Students age 27 or older (prior to the first day of fall semester) need to arrange off-campus housing for the academic year. Requests for exceptions to this policy are reviewed and determined by the housing exemptions committee and may be emailed to housing@ampridetire.com.

One of the unique ways Multnomah fosters a deeply rooted community of Christ-followers who support each other in day-to-day life is the Faculty-in-Residence (FIR) program. Housing for the summer is made available for single students who are currently living in campus housing and are planning to enroll and live on campus the following fall. 协议适用于整个夏天. Students may have to occupy a different housing space than they do during the academic year depending on availability and summer cleaning schedules.
